West Virginia Governor Bob Wise Declares
February 20th as Tae Kwon Do Won Day

       West Virginia's Governor, Bob Wise, proclaimed February 20, 2004, as United States Taekwondo Won (USTW) Day, during a presentation, on that date, to USTW President and Grand Master Sok Ho Kang and to the other selected officials of the USTW. This special Proclamation was made, by Governor Wise, to "...encourage all citizens to extol the virtues of this beneficial martial art and recognize the significant contributions made by Grand Master Sok Ho Kang."
